Kevin Latty – Executive Director
Mr. Latty is co-founder of Souly Business. He brings to the Board over 30 years of business and ministry experience. Kevin graduated from Georgia State University in 1981. Following employment with two Wall St firms, he has been an independent investment advisor since 1990. Kevin is also co-founder and past Chairman of Childspring International, a non-profit organization that provides critical medical care to children from third world countries. Mr. Latty is a member of Buckhead Church where he serves as a Starting Point leader. Kevin and his wife, Ann, have two sons.

Y.D. “Sonny” Newton II - Chairman
Mr. Newton is retired Vice President of Purchasing and Distribution at Chick-fil-A, where he served for over 25 years in operations and strategic planning. At the request of the Cathy family, he spent much of the last several years mentoring the next generation of leadership at Chick-fil-A. Sonny graduated from the University of South Carolina and also serves as board Chairman for Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Oconee County Georgia. He is a member at Mountain Park Methodist Church. Sonny and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Bob Lewis- Mr. Lewis is President of Lewis Leadership, a strategic planning, consulting, and leadership coaching firm. He works with senior leaders in the profit and non-profit sectors and helps organizations achieve breakthrough results in operations and execution. Bob graduated from the University of North Carolina and attends the Buckhead Church with the two youngest of this four children.

Larry Green- Mr. Green is co-founder of Souly Business. He has worked in various executive management positions with The Coca-Cola Company and McCann-Erickson World Group. Larry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is President of The Leadership Path an executive coaching business. He is also founder and Executive Director of Cloud Walk, a non-profit ministry that serves to help people “fall in love with God”. Larry and his wife, Jody, are members of Birmingham United Methodist Church and have two children. 

David M. Felts- Mr. Felts is a Managing Director with Brookwood Associates, L.L.C., one of the largest middle-market investment banking firms in the Southeast.  Prior to joining Brookwood he was co-founder of Equity Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity fund.  Before ECP, David was with Prudential Securities’ investment banking group for 11 years.  He earned degrees from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He attends Buckhead Church with his wife, Jill and two daughters. 

Bart Newman- Mr. Newman is VP of Global Accounts and General Counsel for Thrive Farmers Coffee . Prior to joining Thrive, he served in various operational executive roles with publicly traded companies and as an attorney for a major Atlanta law firm. Before that, Bart was a Captain in the U.S. Army and completed a one year tour in Baghdad, Iraq. Upon returning from Iraq, Bart wrote the book "Because of Baghdad: What a Father Would Say About Life if He Didn't Come Home to Say It." He holds degrees from the University of Georgia, the University of St. Andrews (Scotland), and the University of Georgia School of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the UGA Alumni Association. Bart and his wife, Julie, have three children and attend Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. 

Bryan Davidson- Mr. Davidson is a writer, speaker and catalyst for leading people into discovery. In a world starving for conversations and drowning in noise, Bryan founded and directs Spiritual Innovations, which serves by offering new ways to convey God’s message to the masses—both individually and corporately. Bryan has served as a freelance writer for national publications, authors and organizations. He has previous experience serving in ministries such as INJOY, Global Missions International and Josh McDowell Ministry. Bryan is a graduate of Liberty University and is earning his MDIV from New Orleans Seminary. Bryan and his wife, Amber, attend Fellowship Bible Church

Trey James- Mr James is the CEO and President of Xcentric, a technology company specializing in IT management solutions for small and medium international businesses. Prior to founding Xcentric with his brother, Trey served as Vice President of Sales at CPA Systems. He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and enjoys serving various Christian ministries in the metro Atlanta area. Trey and his wife, Amy, live in Alpharetta with their two children and attend North Point Community Church.

Jason Hostetter- Mr. Hostetter is a business development professional dedicated to excellence, serving others and honoring God. As a Georgia Tech Industrial Engineer, Jason has spent his career helping organizations increase revenue, margin, quality, and satisfaction. Jason and his wife Stenitta worship at North Point Community Church where they serve as small group leaders. They live in Milton, Georgia with their two sons.

Paul Trotti -Mr. Trotti last served as the VP of Human Resources at CORE Education & Consulting Solutions, Inc. in Atlanta. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and received MA degrees from Emory University and the U.S. Naval War College. Paul served for over 25 years as an officer in the U.S. Army infantry and is a retired full Colonel. Prior to CORE, he was the executive leading Human Resources at Inovis USA and at Winter Construction. He and his wife, Mary Jane, are members of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, where Paul has served as a Deacon and teaches adult Sunday school. They have 3 children and three grandchildren.
